A four-storey mixed use structure with a unique programming. Based on the client's brief, their restaurant was placed at the ground floor which covers the whole public area while the rest of the floors are dedicated to their nursing college.

The four levels feature a play on volumes by pushing in and out box modules the create texture on the facade. Horizontal and Vertical glazing were also dictated by specific space requirements with the restaurant and the classrooms receiving bigger openings while laboratory areas had minimal window sizes.
